This class introduces children to the fundamentals of ballet, a world famous art form. It highlights classical ballet positioning, the exploration of moving to classical music and imagining far away places, characters & stories that touch the hearts and minds of people all over the globe. This program also fuses a yoga element and includes core yoga stretching, balance and posture, as well as breathing techniques that enhance relaxation. Both the cultural and calming effects on children are amazing! In ballet I, adult participation with child is welcome; however, ballet II is intended for just the tots (2 year olds who are ready to participate independently are welcome).

This high-energy fusion class pulls from jazz, hip-hop and ballet dance styles. Starting off with classic stretches to help foster flexibility, the class continues with basic coordination exercises to get your toddler movin' and groovin'. Your little mover won't want to miss the classic children's dance songs with a little hip-hop flair, burning off excess energy as they work on their balance, memorization and listening skills. Parent/caregiver participates in this dance class WITH the toddler (14 mos. - 3 y.o.).

A class for the parent/caregiver and toddler. This time is for YOU to reconnect with your body as you are guided through asana to strengthen, tone and nurture your body, mind and soul. We will gently invite your little one(s) to join in, socialize and participate. Your toddler is welcome to come and be who they are, even if that doesn't look like our practice. They may or may not want to participate and that's okay, we encourage you to allow them to do what they will do and focus on your own practice. Children learn through modeling and play, and over time, you may find your toddler engaged in what we are offering and exposing them to: meditation, chanting, breath work, asana, music, stories, massage, and most of all love and light! Please bring your mats (though mats are also available for rent or purchase) for we will go on an enchanting ride.

Full of music, dance, silliness and, of course, tons of yoga, this class will bring both laughter and calm to your littlest yogis. They will learn basic yoga poses, songs, games, simple meditation and breathing and even learn SANKSRIT! A Downdog class will bring a giant smile to their faces and instill a sense of peace in their hearts. Please bring your mats (though mats are also available for rent or purchase). This is a kids only class ~ parents may drop off as long as the child is potty trained.

Family yoga with Jules is a fun, playful, and meditative way to move together mindfully through flow sequences, as well as partner/group poses. Developmentally appropriate yoga postures (with modifications as necessary), animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all age participants. Laughter and love fill each class and is sure to inspire the entire family’s relationship. Adults and children of all ages and abilities welcome! Please bring a mat for each family member 4 years and up and REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR EACH MEMBER with their own mat.
mama workouts w/ toddler

A strong, cardio workout for the mama who is ready to sweat! This 45 minute class will take you through cardio bursts and muscle-trembling, strengthening circuits, followed by abs and a few minutes of stretching + cool down. Please bring a yoga mat with you. The studio has mats for rent + purchase if needed. Mamas are encouraged to wear a supportive sports bra.
Your babies + tots are welcome to accompany you to this class. The studio has blankets and a few baby lounge pillows for use for pre-walkers, while tots are free to safely explore the space. You may choose to wear your baby in a structured carrier to intensify your workout.

A legit MAMA WORKOUT with your walker/toddler(s) in tow! This 45-minute class focuses on core strength, breathing, and proper alignment using both full-range motion and isometric pulses to help quickly burn, fatigue, and sculpt the muscles using light free-weights, bands, and gravity. You will have the opportunity to incorporate + connect with your tot in between sets with simple cardio movements. You are welcome to wear your tot (in a structured carrier), encourage them to mirror your movements, or simply let them roam free in happy baby's safe, open studio space; whatever works best for you + your child. Please bring your yoga mat (though mats are also available for rent or purchase at the studio).

Tucker teaches an interactive "toddler + me" experience that incorporates classic folk + rock standards with imaginative voice + movement exercises. Tucker uses percussive + other musical instruments to help educate the students. Tucker also strives to inspire parents + children to dig deeper into the music he plays for them. Most importantly, we want everyone to have fun with Mr. Tucker while deepening their appreciation for music + movement.
baila baila : spanish music (14 mos. - 4 y.o.)

Baila Baila is a wonderful musical creation that teaches toddlers Spanish skills through a fun, engaging class. The diverse and contemporary rhythms make the learning easy and fun. In this total immersion class, the teacher uses lots of visual aids and repetition to learn new words and provide help to families to learn how to reinforce the subject at home as well. Tots attend with their parent(s) or caregiver(s).

Parent + child jam sessions are offered for young musicians who aren't ready for formal lessons yet. These 45-minute classes are designed to expose your child to music through fun hands-on interaction with real instruments, including drums, guitars, microphones, violins, and more.
movin' groovin' world music (0 - 4 y.o.)

Sing-along, dance-along and play-along as you learn a new language and have a blast! In these interactive Parent & Me classes, parents & babies/tots learn delightful songs and dances that stimulate your child’s natural response to music. Added bonus: learn a couple of French songs from Natalie's newly released children's bilingual CD, which isi available for purchase at happy baby! Learning + being exposed to new languages at this young age is such a valuable developmental gift to give to our little one. This is a world music class. You will hear music from different countries and styles!

happy baby is partnering with Kick & Play! Kick & Play is a parent-child pre-soccer and movement program specifically designed for toddlers between 12 and 24 months. Our experienced instructors along with our puppet friends, Mimi & Pepe, take you and your little one through a world of exciting physical activity. Individual attention, positive reinforcement, and engaging original music help to develop pre-soccer skills that will have your toddler learning to balance, run, kick and play – all while having a blast!
